WHO CAN STAY AT GUNES RESIDENCE ?
GR accommodates everyone who is over 18 years of age. Anyone younger than 18 years has to be accompanied by and adult.
What ir the minimum stay duration?
Minimum stay is one night. Majority of clients are short term clients whilst we also have a considerable number of guests who prefer to stay on a monthly basis.
What do i need to pay before arrival?
When you make a reservation, GR will send you a confirmation note which will specify any amount necessary for payment in order to secure your reservation.
What are airport transfer options ?
Güneş Residence is 20 km from Ercan Airport and 60 km from Larnaca Airport. There is a bus service and taxi availabilty in all airports. Güneş Residence can also provide airport transfers if required by clients. Please ask for the details and fees.
What are the guest policies ?
GR offers residents limited day and night guests. For your own safety and security, we have a few guest policies in place. You can have guests visiting during the day between 8am and midnight. There will be extra charge for overnight stays.
Is internet free ?
Internet is available through out the whole building and is free.
What is included in the prices ?
Güneş Residence offers flexible pricing to accommodate different client needs. Clients can pick the correct board type that suits them the most. Breakfast and dinner are offered as open buffet. Clients are free to use the car park, gym, terrace swimming pool and game room as a part of their accommodation experience. Güneş Residence offer extra services such as food and beverages, laundry service and business centre services.
